Double Eviction is a twist that causes the eviction of two or more houseguests in an Eviction Ceremony instead of one. The number of nominees are also increased to more than two. It was first introduced in the third season of the Big Brother ORG.

At the start of the HOH competition in Week 3, it was announced that the Head of Household will be "extra powerful". This turned out to be the ability of the HOH to nominate three houseguests with two of them getting evicted at the end of the week. Eventually, Brianna and Ziggy were the two houseguests evicted at the same time.
